Memberships are accessible for all skill levels and ages starting at 8 years old and up. No matter the current skill level each athlete will be challenged in a way that will help them reach their maximum potential as an athlete! There’s value in every step in the training process.
There are several training class types that make up the AMP Lab Curriculum. The training sessions available in the scheduling application are grouped by age groups. All training class types are available to players at all levels.

Athletic Movement Protocol (AMP) is a strength and conditioning facility located in Syosset and Hauppauge, NY.

AMP offers a variety of programs designed to help athletes improve their strength, agility and endurance.

Youth Athlete Training

We have been working with middle school to high school-aged kids for years, helping them perform at their best. Our services include everything from personal training, pre-game preparation, weightlifting programs, and more. If you want to get the most out of your season we can help you do it!
